Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading innovator in forklift and material handling, seeks an Ariba-focused professional to act as the Ariba SME and drive supplier enablement, data integrity, and analytics. The role supports global SAP Ariba implementations and continuous system improvements.

This on-site position in the United States emphasizes collaboration with IT, suppliers, and business stakeholders to ensure clean data, effective workflows, and measurable KPIs across procurement processes.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IS/IT, CS, SCM, Eng, Finance or Business.
• Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience with a high school diploma or GED

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Ariba subject matter expert and primary contact.
• Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, manage escalations, coordinate with IT and SAP Ariba support, and lead testing, upgrades, and user training.
• Support supplier onboarding and integration activities across SAP Ariba solutions; manage integration testing, supplier data validation, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain workflows, approvals, system configurations, documentation, compliance training, change management, and quarterly release reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials for users, suppliers, and functional leads; provide go-live support and maintain role documentation.
• Monitor and validate data accuracy between Ariba and internal systems; oversee document transmissions and approval controls; support governance.
• Develop and support system reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance, adoption, data quality, and operational effectiveness

Job Duties

• Functional Support & Analysis: Serve as the Ariba subject matter expert and primary contact. Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, manage escalations, coordinate with internal IT and SAP Ariba support, and lead testing, upgrades, and user training.
• Supplier Enablement: Support supplier onboarding and integration activities across SAP Ariba solutions, manage integration testing, supplier data validation, issue resolution, and go-live readiness. Support buying-channel content and SAP Business Network activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead system enhancements and process improvement initiatives, manage project plans and stakeholder communications, and support global implementation efforts.
• Process Management: Maintain workflows, approvals, system configurations, documentation, compliance training, change management, and quarterly release reviews.
• Training & Support: Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials for users, suppliers, and functional leads. Provide go-live support and maintain role documentation.
• Data Integrity: Monitor and validate data accuracy between Ariba and internal systems, oversee document transmissions, maintain approval controls, and support ongoing system governance.
• Analytics and Reporting: Develop and support system reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor system performance, adoption, data quality, and operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-4 years related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (IS/IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, Business)
• Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in material control, planning or purchasing.
• A firm understanding of e-procurement systems with SAP experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
