Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Dallas is seeking a Supplier Relations Associate to support the Supplier Relations Department, manage supplier programs, rebate tracking, purchasing analysis, and supplier communications, while contributing to department initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and an interest in developing supplier relationships and understanding the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier program management and analysis including rebates and program terms.
• Track supplier rebates and merchandise credits, and prepare quarterly purchasing reports.
• Maintain accurate supplier program records and assist with internal inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers on initiatives and meetings.
