Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Tech 2nd Shift in Springfield, TN.

You will train staff on standard work, engage Operations Leadership using EMS principles to drive NRFT improvements, and participate in cross-functional problem solving with SQEs on containment initiatives and product releases. The role requires experience in manufacturing/quality, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs while standing for long periods.

Competenze

High School diploma/GED with 3–5 years Electrolux experience in the required processes.
Five years of experience in a manufacturing/quality related field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Proven experience in team building and employee motivation.
Clear and concise English communication, written and spoken.
Ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly; stand for long shifts.

Mansioni

Trains employees to follow standard work and understand JDS's.
Daily proactive engagement with Operation Leadership, EMS principles to improve NRFT.
Facilitate problem solving activities with cross functional teams
Coordinate with SQEs on containment initiates and product releases
Generate SMRR reports and communicate with suppliers on defects and containment activities
