Job summary

Starting compensation ranges from $86,000 to $97,000 per year. This role requires a engineering degree, travel up to 50% across North America, and a Six Sigma certification is a plus. Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Certification in quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) a plus.
• General knowledge of mechanical and electrical product designs and concepts.
• Data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect generator packages with team assistance and documentation resources.
• Evaluate nonconformance data in quality management system.
• Initiate supplier corrective action requests for severe and recurring nonconformances.
• Support first article inspections as a secondary auditor.
• Support supplier qualification audits through documentation collection and capturing Gemba observations.
• Pursue continuing education in new solutions, technologies, and skills.
• Work in coordination with team to achieve Continuous Improvement goals and objectives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
