Responsibilities

• Lead quality resolutions for urgent production and customer issues.
• Manage quality planning across fluid conveyance systems, hydraulics, metal fabrication, and fasteners.
• Oversee supplier change requests, cost-saving measures, and resourcing (temporary and permanent).
• Facilitate DPARs and print/design evaluations for new and existing products.
• Apply Six Sigma, statistical analysis, FMEA, and 8D to identify potential quality failures.
• Direct and mentor Supplier Quality Improvement Teams to improve performance.
