Job summary

You will lead RCCA and Kaizen initiatives, manage PPAP elements including PFMEA, Process Control Plan, and MSA, and collaborate with global partners. Expect up to 30% travel to supplier locations to ensure quality across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality roles.
• Proficiency in RCCA, 8D, 3L5Y, ISHIKAWA and PPAP elements (PFMEA, PCP, Capability Studies, MSA).

Responsibilities

• Strategic collaboration between production and supplier teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Develop relationships with engineering and sourcing to identify risks and drive mitigation in production.
• Lead RCCA initiatives and Kaizen events to foster continuous improvement.
• Assess supplier capabilities, validate corrective actions, and drive supplier engagement strategies.
• Participate in audits and manage PPAP-related activities to uphold manufacturing standards.
• Travel up to 30% to supplier locations for hands-on collaboration with global partners.
