Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic liaison between production, program teams and suppliers to ensure flawless delivery.
• Build partnerships with internal engineering and sourcing teams to mitigate production risks.
• Lead RCCA initiatives and Kaizen events to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Assess supplier capability, validate corrective actions, and lead supplier engagement activities.
• Conduct supplier PPAP audits and uphold global quality standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality or related functions.
• Expertise in root cause analysis (RCCA, 8D, 3L5Y), Control Plans, FMEAs, and Process Capability Studies.

Preferred:

• Certifications such as CQE, CMQ, CQA, or APQP.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor training.
• Training in Six Sigma, Lean, and Process Improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
• A passion for mentoring and coaching, with the capacity to lead and educate Quality Technicians.
