The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering, 2+ years in manufacturing/quality, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 15%. The role is full-time with compensation up to $56/hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, quality, supplier quality, process engineering, or validation.
• Experience with change management and process improvement.
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve supplier process risk assessments (PFMEA).
• Support validation activities (process, inspection, and quality-related validations).
• Lead change management to address process/document gaps.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams on corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Analyze data and use problem-solving methodologies to improve product quality and process performance.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
