The role focuses on supplier performance, audits, and strategic development, requiring strong analytical skills, Six Sigma/Lean experience, and readiness to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Proven expertise in supplier quality in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and APQP; Six Sigma / Lean methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving, including RCA and risk assessment.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and work in a global, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• 40% Supplier Performance & Data Management: Define, monitor, and report KPIs/SLAs; manage supplier quality data; lead data-driven resolution of complex quality issues; provide regular reports and insights.
• 40% Quality Auditing & Process Optimization: Plan/perform supplier audits; drive continuous improvement; manage non-conformance; lead strategic quality projects.
• 20% Strategic Supplier Development & Risk Mitigation: Identify/evaluate/manage suppliers; qualify/certify new suppliers; coach suppliers; delegate work to team members.
