Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in supplier quality or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
• Experience conducting supplier audits and driving corrective actions.
• Ability to read GD&T drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality improvement programs.
• Conduct supplier audits and assess compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with sourcing and engineering to define supplier quality requirements for new products.
• Monitor and report on key supplier quality performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to reduce defects and improve on-time delivery.
• Manage the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and support supplier selection processes.
