Job summary

Antolin in Shelby Township, MI seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer/Lab Manager to bridge quality, engineering, manufacturing and purchasing. You will work with suppliers to resolve issues, implement advanced quality planning, and ensure calibration and budget targets are met at the Shelby site.

The role requires hands-on QA leadership, PPAP oversight, 5S and continuous improvement, and coordination with finance and leadership to run the lab and quality systems efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; 1–3 years SQE experience acceptable.
• Experience managing high volumes of suppliers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in office/manufacturing environment and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Determine root cause and implement timely quality resolutions.
• Lead PPAP to completion and manage supplier changes with customers.
• Ensure 5S and world-class standards; support budget and calibration.
