You will support day-to-day department activities, work on supplier quality data, and drive process initiatives while learning in a professional business environment.

This role is designed for a student or early-career professional eager to learn about supplier quality, quality engineering, and compliance within a leading residential ventilation solutions

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, quality, or information management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assigned projects, supplier repo improvements, root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners.
• Learn and use internal systems, tools, and processes.
• Prepare materials, presentations, or documentation as needed.
