Job summary

Broan-NuTone, a leader in residential ventilation, invites students and early-career engineers to join our Hartford, WI internship program in Engineering. You will support day-to-day activities, contribute to project work, and gain hands-on experience in a professional, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

Pursuing engineering degree or recent graduate seeking practical experience.
Basic knowledge of mechanical/electromechanical components and home appliances.
Strong communication in English and ability to provide updates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with basic mechanical tools and instruments.

Responsibilities

Participate in creating innovation concepts and developing prototypes.
Create and revise 3D CAD models/assemblies and 2D drawings in Creo.
Update designs under guidance of a Sr. engineer.
Contribute to design, development, testing, and analysis of components.
Prepare summaries of meetings and tasks.
Manage Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) workflow.
