Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a motivated Supplier Development Engineering Intern to support supplier quality and continuous improvement initiatives. This onsite role runs Fall/Winter 2026-2027 and limits hours to 15 per week, collaborating with multiple internal teams and external suppliers to strengthen Parker's supply base.

The candidate should be pursuing engineering or related fields with strong analytical skills and experience with Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general data analysis tools.
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and suppliers.
• Interest in manufacturing, supplier quality, lean principles, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on action items.
• Prior internship, manufacturing, quality, or supply chain experience is a plus but not required.

Position Summary

Parker-Hannifin is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Development Engineering Intern to support supplier quality, performance improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with Supplier Development Engineers, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to help improve supplier performance, support problem-solving activities, and strengthen Parker's supply base. This internship is onsite for Fall/Winter 2026-2027 working no more than 15 hours/week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with data, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Interest in supplier management, manufacturing processes, and engineering problem-solving.
