Job summary

The role supports MRP/PPAP processes, develops ISO-compliant standards, and collaborates with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and external suppliers. A Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering sciences and 0-3 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Quality Engineering role.
• Mechanical technical expertise with experience using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and microhites.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey ideas to suppliers and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition non-conforming material of minor issue complexity.
• Determine appropriate gaging methods for incoming inspection and verify inspection data.
• Develop and drive SCARs to completion with cross-functional teams.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects and document ISO-compliant standards.
• Support ISO, ATF compliance, MRP/PPAP processes, and supplier quality systems.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and external suppliers.
