Job summary

Woodward FST is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer I or II in the United States to monitor supplier quality, investigate issues, and drive corrective actions. You will collaborate with procurement and engineering to ensure conformance to standards and maintain rigorous documentation.

Level I focuses on basic supplier quality activities with room to develop; Level II emphasizes advanced analytics, audits, and project leadership to improve processes and compliance across supplier networks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Aerospace Quality or regulated manufacturing fields.
• Interpretation of engineering drawings; GD&T knowledge.
• AS9145 APQP understanding; statistical process control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance and quality metrics.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement and engineering to align quality standards.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Conduct supplier quality audits and drive improvements.
