Job summary

EthosEnergy Power Solutions, LLC is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee vendor part quality in Houston, TX. You’ll manage supplier quality, analyze part defects, and drive corrective actions while coordinating with design engineers to improve delivery and cost.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering and at least two years in manufacturing or repair environments with hands-on inspection experience. Domestic/international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Two+ years in a manufacturing or repair environment with vendor quality focus.
• Hands-on experience with precision part inspection methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor quality of qualified new-make and repaired parts.
• Interpret and approve vendor documentation including certificates of conformance and heat treatment charts.
• Lead MRB activities to address quality escapes and corrective actions.
• Develop quality improvements with vendors to reduce cost and improve delivery.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Document technical reports supporting vendor quality.
