Job summary

You will work with design, R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams to incorporate customer requirements, perform DFMEA/PFMEA risk analyses, and drive corrective actions to reduce material nonconformance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Manufacturing, or Material Science Engineering or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support quality systems with design, R&D, QA, and manufacturing during new product development.
• Ensure customer requirements are incorporated into product specifications and lead DFMEA/PFMEA risk analyses.
• Ensure all required documentation is in place before production.
• Collaborate with quality, applications, and manufacturing teams to reduce material nonconformance and drive corrective actions.
• Manage change-control activities and prepare data packages for customer notifications.
• Support SPC practices to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
• Assist in implementing best practices for chemical manufacturing.
• Follow documented quality procedures and standards.
• Support supplier development activities including audits and non-conformance management.
• Collect and analyze data to track quality metrics.
• Conduct post-batch reviews to ensure quality requirements are met.
