Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
3–5 years of quality experience with a supply chain focus.
Strong engineering, operations, and quality problem-solving skills.
Manufacturing and machining industry experience preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 35%.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop strong relationships with suppliers and act as liaison with company leaders.
Review supplier drawings and ensure conformance with TMS requirements.
Create supplier quality controls, metrics, and scorecards.
Audit suppliers and visit sites to verify Quality Systems and processes.
Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions based on supplier audits.
Coordinate with Purchasing and Engineering on supplier qualification and onboarding.
