Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer in Thomasville, North Carolina to support supply chain operations by maintaining and implementing software systems and developing controls for quality and cost efficiency.

The role focuses on improving processes, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate holds a engineering degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience and Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Six Sigma knowledge or experience; Green Belt Certification or higher preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare test reports and closing reports for high-complexity projects and document process improvements.
• Lead introductions, fundamentals, and training classes with InfinityQS, PAC, and other software systems.
• Lead Six Sigma projects to improve claims, off quality, waste, and efficiencies.
• Configure and implement software solutions for data entry and reporting; maintain systems.
• Collaborate with management to develop action plans and maintain process control standards.
• Assess business needs and determine actions affecting compliance, quality, delivery, and financial outcomes.
• Act as SME within team and influence policy, resolving a wide range of issues.
• Develop solutions to complex problems with independent judgment and creativity.
• Perform high quality analysis and apply innovative ideas to enhance results.
