Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 2+ years in manufacturing supporting quality or operations.
- Experience developing, implementing, or coordinating quality plans.
- Understanding SPC and quality systems.
- Advanced Excel with pivots and data manipulation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain supplier quality processes.
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to fix quality issues.
- Conduct supplier and internal process audits.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and risks.
- Create reports and dashboards to support decisions.
- Support automation and improvements using Power BI and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
