Job summary

SLB is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support Data Center infrastructure solutions. You will drive supplier quality, conduct audits, and lead corrective actions while collaborating with procurement and cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience, and fluency in English. Proficiency with SAP, MRP, and MS Office is preferred; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Proficient with SAP and MRP systems; strong Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier assessments and drive corrective actions to minimize recurrence.
• Audit supplier systems and processes against data center requirements and standards.
• Support in pre-production meetings for risk mitigation with suppliers.
• Perform new supplier assessments to support procurement objectives.
• Deliver training to suppliers on BOM, problem solving, and 6S.
• Maintain records and metrics related to supplier quality activities.
• Assist procurement with supplier action plans from NCRs.
