Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in West Michigan is coordinating with Caledonia manufacturing partners to identify skilled Supplier Quality Engineers. This role focuses on developing supplier quality plans, conducting audits, and driving corrective actions to maintain high product quality.

If you bring a BS in engineering and 3+ years in quality or supplier quality in manufacturing, you’ll contribute to cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC).
• Proven ability to conduct supplier audits, analyze data, and drive corrective actions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
