Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Quality auditing experience, IATF preferred.
• Advanced Product Quality Planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Purchasing in supplier selection by assessing and qualifying new suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance trends for continuous improvement.
• Perform supplier quality and process audits.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills

Ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships

Education

Minimum 3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment

Quality auditing experience, IATF preferred

Advanced Product Quality Planning experience

Prefer experience with automotive or heavy truck OEM's and/or Tier 1 supply base

Tools

PC and widely used software packages (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
