Job summary

Phillips & Temro Industries in Minnesota seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to perform incoming material inspections per documented procedures and interpret engineering drawings. You will maintain inspection records and supplier qualifications, support MRB processes, and collaborate with Quality, Production, and Design teams to ensure conformance and data integrity. This role offers exposure to ISO 9001/TS16949 systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

2 years: Quality Assurance experience (required)
3-5 years: Experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
Technical/other training (required)

Responsibilities

Perform incoming material inspections per documented procedures by interpreting engineering drawings and testing / inspecting product using a variety of metrologies.
Maintain incoming quality inspection files including current print revision levels, material certifications, and inspection logs, Supplier Part Approvals.
Update and maintain the Certified Supplier List as required per documented procedures.
Implement supplier non-conforming material process including obtaining Return Goods Authorization, debit memos, and Supplier Corrective Action Requests.
Facilitate MRB activities including MRB meetings, MDR and SAP updates.
Facilitate the Warranty and Annual Returns Process including SAP transactions and communicating disposition to customers.
Provide support to Quality Engineers, Production, and Design Engineers as needed.
