Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer 2/3 in Palmdale, CA to lead supplier quality activities for non-conforming product and drive corrective actions. The role interfaces with suppliers and internal teams to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with AS9100/AS9102 standards.

The position requires relevant STEM degrees and experience in aerospace quality or manufacturing, with knowledge of RCCA tools and FMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in STEM with aerospace Experience requested (see basic qualifiers).
• Experience with AS9100 and AS9102 standards.
• Experience with RCCA tools and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality portion for non-conforming product issues.
• Investigate supplier-caused issues affecting production and determine corrective actions.
• Manage supplier quality risk and compliance for programs.
