Peoria, Illinois (Commutable from: East Peoria, Morton, Creve Coeur, Bartonville, Pekin, Washington, Pottstown, Norwood)

$80,000 – $95,000 + Career Progression + Paid Overtime + Monday – Thursday (4 10s) + 3 Weeks PTO + Tuition Assistance + Excellent Company Benefits

In this role, you will act as the key technical interface between the business and its suppliers. You will be responsible for supplier audits, quality investigations, process improvements, and ensuring all subcontracted components meet required standards. You will also play a key role in improving supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and capacity, working cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

This role would suit a Supplier Quality Engineer looking to join a well‑renowned, stable manufacturer offering long‑term progression and excellent benefits.

The Role:

• Act as the primary technical interface with suppliers
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure quality and compliance
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Monday – Thursday, 6am – 4:30pm, with overtime opportunities on Fridays
