Rehlko in Kohler, Wisconsin is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and procurement to ensure product quality and supplier performance.
The role blends technical execution with project coordination in a hybrid work model with on-site work three days per week. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, 2+ years in engineering/quality/manufacturing, and can perform robust supplier audits and root-cause analysis.

As the Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be engaged in tasks related to current production, new product development, cost reduction projects, and supply chain optimizations. You will also plan, coordinate, and support engineering projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet performance and quality expectations. This role bridges technical execution with project coordination, requiring both engineering expertise and strong organizational skills. This is a hybrid role based in Kohler, WI, requiring on‑site work 3 days per week.
