Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineer to support Procurement in the implementation and execution of supplier quality inspections and audits for electrical equipment and materials on high-profile projects across the United States.

The role requires a strong foundation in procurement quality procedures, the ability to read and interpret equipment specifications, and excellent communication skills to report findings and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree required with relevant supplier quality experience.
• Minimum 4 years in professional supplier quality.
• 2 years of experience with a 2-year technical degree in electrical technology.
• Up to 85% travel, including possible international travel.
• Familiarity with electrical procurement and vendor surveillance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform supplier quality inspections and audits on materials and equipment.
• Ensure subcontracts meet Rosendin procurement quality standards and customer expectations.
• Read specifications and drawings to advise on testing and inspections.
• Report issues and coordinate corrective actions with management.
• Support supplier qualification and vendor performance rating.
