In the role of Supplier Quality Auditor, you'll play a pivotal part in proactively identifying potential quality risks from suppliers and coordinating an effective mitigation plan. This position contributes to our vision by:

1. Propose, develop and implement supplier quality assurance strategies.
2. Act as the quality representative during interactions with suppliers and serve as the link for Supplier Quality within Safran Electrical & Power and Safran.
3. Conduct quality audits (mainly product and process audits) and establish discrepancies and recommendations based on the quality system and Safran's specific requirements.
4. Prepare audits to be carried out with audited suppliers.
5. Conduct audits at supplier sites.
6. Evaluate the strengths, risks, and opportunities of the auditees and propose risk mitigation measures.
7. Provide feedback at the end of the audit and report back, integrating the SPQM teams in charge of the audited supplier.
8. Write an audit report specifying major and minor deviations and improvement opportunities and approve the action plans established by the suppliers.
9. Identify training needs for suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, supply chain, or business.
2. At least 5 years of industrial experience in quality, industrialization, or supply chain and experience in audit techniques.

General knowledge in:

1. Quality problem-solving methodologies (8D / 9S)
2. AS/EN/JISQ 9100
3. Part-21, Part-145, SMS
4. AS/EN 9102 FAI
5. Supply Chain
6. Production processes (including special processes)
7. Lean Six Sigma principles
8. Risk management
9. Intermediate knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, M3, MFG...)

Skills:

1. Mastery of problem-solving methods and quality tools such as 8D, 9S, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.
2. Experience in designing and implementing PFMEA
3. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP/FAI/DVI processes
4. Certified supplier auditor path
5. Ability to create and modify a quality control plan
