Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT) is seeking a Supplier Quality/Quality Assurance professional in Grand Rapids, MI to manage supplier scorecards, ensure timely paperwork, and coordinate with Quality and Purchasing teams. The role supports the Dock to Stock program and corrective actions, with data reporting via Ruby tools and standard QA processes.

Responsibilities include reviewing FAI reports, maintaining supplier performance metrics, and supporting supplier quality initiatives across ABT

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track supplier scorecard data and generate monthly reports.
• Follow-up with suppliers on any missing paperwork from shipments.
• Work with Supplier Quality Engineer to manage RTV (Return to Vendor) inventory across all ABT facilities.
• Grow and maintain Dock to Stock (DTS) program.
• Assist with following up and completing Supplier Corrective Action Requests.
• Maintain the Supplier Quality Report program in Ruby.
• Work closely with the Purchasing department to maintain and update supplier on-time delivery and quality data.
• Review and approve supplier First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
