Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation’s Bethlehem facility seeks a Supplier Project Manager to lead material requirements planning, inventory control, and supplier coordination to support production schedules and customer commitments. You will develop strategic material plans, assess risks, and drive improvements across multiple programs within a on-site Bethlehem context.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in materials management, supply chain planning, inventory control production planning, or related analytical functions.
• Expert knowledge of MRP/ERP planning methodologies and inventory optimization techniques.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Must be a US citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining DOD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of complex material requirements, inventory positions, and supply-demand balances to ensure uninterrupted support of production and customer commitments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive material strategies supporting multiple programs, manufacturing operations, product lines or business units that align with forecasted demand, production schedules, program requirements, and inventory objectives.
• Establish long-range supply and inventory strategies supporting growth initiatives.
• Analyze demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory requirements to ensure material readiness.
• Conduct RFQ review for details, completeness, and technical review.
• Lead pricing for Manufactured Product Quotes and process/track orders placed with Distributed Teaming Partners.
• Lead identification, assessment, and mitigation of critical supply chain risks.
• Drive cross-functional recovery plans for critical material shortages.
• Develop advanced analyses, forecasting models, dashboards, and reports.
• Lead inventory optimization initiatives and continuous improvement of inventory management and material planning processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide leadership, mentoring, and/or coaching for Material Analysts.
• Travel required (25-50%)

Our Bethlehem facility is growing, and we are looking for a Supplier Project Manager to join our team!

The Supplier Project Manager is responsible for leading the strategic analysis, planning, implementation and management of material requirements to support production schedules, program execution, and customer delivery commitments. Serving as a key subject matter expert in material management. Responsible for developing and executing material strategies that align operational objectives, customer commitments, program requirements and financial performance goals.

Location: Bethlehem, PA (on-site)

Salary: $78,200 - $101,000

Your Challenge

• Processes quotes for Distributed Teaming Partner Product, from quotation review through submittal to Customer.
• Administers pricing for Manufactured Product Quotes and process/track orders placed with Distributed Teaming Partners
• Lead identification, assessment, and mitigation of critical supply chain risks.
• Drive cross-functional recovery plans for critical material shortages.
• Develop advanced analyses, forecasting models, dashboards, and reports.
• Lead inventory optimization initiatives and continuous improvement of inventory management and material planning processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provides leadership, mentoring, and/or coaching for Material Analysts.
• Travel required (25-50%)
