Job summary

The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City, OK or Tukwila, WA is seeking an Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist to join our team. You will provide technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets and develop stakeholder relationships.

This 1st-shift, onsite role requires a technical degree and several years in supplier management and procurement, with travel up to 10% and relocation not included. The position is US-based with competitive pay and benefits.

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or Tukwila, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets
• Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases
• Conducts supplier assessments
• Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance
• Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
• Provides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
• 3 or more years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
• 3 or more years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
• 3 or more years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5 or more years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity
• 5 or more years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Oklahoma City, OK - $86,700 - $107,100

Tukwila, WA - $100,300 - $123,900
