Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, including on-time delivery, lead-time adherence, order confirmation accuracy, quality, and responsiveness.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Track critical and long-lead materials from PO through delivery and identify delays or supply risks.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, and Construction teams to gather status updates and support issue resolution.
• Facilitate supplier performance reviews and ensure corrective actions are tracked to closure.
• Analyze trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Support recovery plans for at-risk materials, including expediting and alternate sourcing.
• Maintain data integrity, governance records, and standard work documentation.
