Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years LNG plant experience or equivalent petrochemical background.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to understand contract language.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and program leadership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priority projects for best business outcome.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and leading a team.
• Knowledge of budgeting, planning, scheduling, training, HSSE.
• Self-starter with strategic thinking and initiative.
• Willingness to respond to communications during non-working hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of supplier relationships from pre-sourcing to post-execution.
• Develop trackable KPIs for service RFPs and supplier performance.
• Coordinate required site walks and supplier onboarding.
• Collaborate with the Houston-based Contracts Team.
• Provide performance data to assist with bid events and forecasts.
• Lead onboarding and kickoff meetings with awarded suppliers.
• Align invoicing requirements with Cost Controls Team expectations.
• Maintain open communications to avoid service delays and scope creep.
• Oversee performance reviews and improvement projects with suppliers.
• Act as relationship manager between Venture Global Plaquemines LNG and suppliers.
