Qualifications

• Experience leading supplier onboarding implementations, SOX controls, audit management, risk controls, and vendor data governance.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and analytical skills for global teams.

Job description

Our client, a global media and entertainment organization, is seeking a Supplier Operations Manager (Procure-to-Pay / Vendor Onboarding) for an onsite contract opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role will lead supplier onboarding, vendor master data governance, SOX compliance activities, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within a Procure-to-Pay function. The position requires significant experience in supplier management, AP/PTP operations, ERP platforms, vendor onboarding tools, and audit/compliance processes. Candidates with experience supporting large-scale ERP transformations and global teams are encouraged to apply.

Role Overview

• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Pay Rate Range: $60-65/hr W2 (No C2C or 1099)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Experience leading or supporting supplier onboarding implementations, SOX controls, audit management, risk controls, and vendor data governance.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and analytical skills, with the ability to support global teams and drive measurable process improvements.
