Job summary

Avetta is seeking a Supplier Operations Lead to manage supplier data workflows, cleansing, enrichment, and cross-team processes. You will drive automation, monitor SLA adherence, and coordinate with Sales and Salesforce teams to maintain high data quality and efficiency.

The role partners with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity and scalable operations, supporting a growing global supplier ecosystem. Hybrid work model with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Independent worker in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data workflows.
• Automation and scripting skills for process improvements.
• Understanding of database concepts and relational data structures.
• Advanced Excel with formulas and VBA.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data tasks.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• List cleansing and data normalization across supplier records.
• Monitor data enrichment workflows and tool performance.
• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Prioritize admin tasks to meet 48-hour SLAs.
• Oversee Sales Overlap processes and alignment with stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize search and matching algorithms for accuracy.
• Enrich contact and firmographic data using Salesforce and external sources.
• Coordinate external enrichment and plan resource allocation.
• Create and maintain enrichment packages and reports in SQL/Salesforce.
• Build and update Salesforce reports for operational insight.
