This is a hybrid role based in our Elmhurst office.

Work Schedule

This is a hybrid position. During your first six months, you will be expected to work on-site to support your onboarding and ongoing development. After six months, you are eligible to transition to a hybrid schedule, subject to your team’s specific guidelines and business needs.

Cash Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $97,700.

Total cash compensation ranges from $106,000 - $132,000 and includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.
