Job Summary

The SIPS Specialist supports the Supply Chain Management Supplier Information and Process Solutions (SIPS) team by managing the supplier master database of over 50,000 records. This role plays a critical part in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, handling supplier additions, changes, and inactivations in compliance with internal policies and audit controls. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier requests to add, modify, or deactivate supplier records based on established policies and procedures.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of supplier master data.
• Support compliance and audit controls as part of the supplier data maintenance process.
• Interact with internal and external customers, providing excellent service and timely responses to inquiries.
