AgileOne is seeking a Supplier Engagement Manager to lead the supplier engagement strategy for services procurement, including SOWs, MSAs, and subcontracting. You will onboard suppliers, govern performance, and drive cost efficiency and risk mitigation for client programs.
You will collaborate with clients, implementation, procurement solutions, and legal teams to align contractual obligations with program goals and deliver exceptional service outcomes.
The Supplier Engagement Manager (SEM) is responsible for driving the AgileOne supplier engagement strategy for services procurement suppliers, including Statement of Work (SOW), professional services, consulting, and outsourced service providers. This role ensures effective onboarding, governance, compliance, and performance management of services suppliers, while supporting AgileOne clients in achieving cost efficiency, quality outcomes, risk mitigation, and service excellence. The SEM partners closely with clients, suppliers, and internal AgileOne teams including implementation, procurement solutions and legal to enable structured services procurement programs, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, scope delivery, and business objectives.
The primary duties of this position are performance and execution of business operational requirements of the Company. This position’s primary duties include the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn AgileOne proprietary technology.
