Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions seeks a Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist to support supplier onboarding and maintenance for Ariba and PeopleSoft projects. You will manage end-to-end supplier setup and data integrity across systems, handling escalations with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate is organized, able to handle high volumes, and collaborates with Supply Chain Management and business teams to ensure transaction readiness and clean supplier data.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create new suppliers and modify existing supplier records within Ariba and PeopleSoft.
• Manage end-to-end supplier setup, maintenance, and onboarding requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex supplier and process-related issues.
• Respond to questions from internal teams, managers, and external suppliers.
• Prioritize and independently resolve escalated requests.
• Partner with Ariba, Sourcing & Contracts, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Enabling Capabilities, and Business Groups to ensure successful supplier onboarding and transaction readiness.
• Perform system cleanup activities, including researching and inactivating unused supplier locations.
• Analyze process risks and identify opportunities for improved controls and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and training materials.
• Ensure supplier data accuracy and maintain a reliable system of record.
• Support increased supplier activity associated with ongoing technology projects and system implementations.
