Job summary

You will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to identify technical issues, participate in PFMEA/DFMEA, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while growing expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in supplier development, quality engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of additive manufacturing and quality control processes.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with DFMEA and PFMEA methodologies.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier relationship development to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Assist in resolving basic technical issues with suppliers.
• Coordinate audits and training to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Identify new manufacturing sources for difficult-to-procure components.
• Serve as liaison between design engineering and suppliers for requirements.
• Participate in reviewing production processes and data to identify improvements.
• Assist PFMEA/DFMEA data collection and risk identification.
• Participate in supplier audits and review incoming materials for defects.
• Prepare documentation for audits and supplier development reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues.
• Participate in training programs to grow supplier development expertise.
