Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 1–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, or engineering (aerospace, defense, or automotive industries preferred).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with PFMEA, process flow diagrams, and root cause analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with cross-functional and external suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a technical environment.
