Schneider Electric is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer in the United States to drive performance improvements across the supplier base. You will collaborate with key suppliers to raise quality, delivery, and manufacturing efficiency while leading improvement initiatives and KPI tracking.
You will support supplier onboarding, conduct on-site visits, and lead lean initiatives such as Six Sigma and Kaizen to enhance capabilities and capacity. Significant travel to supplier sites is possible.
The Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) is responsible for driving performance improvements across our supplier base. This role works closely with key suppliers to enhance quality, delivery, manufacturing efficiency, and overall operational performance. The SDE will lead supplier improvement initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and support suppliers in developing robust manufacturing processes and capabilities.

This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
