Job summary

Axiom-Path is seeking a supplier master data and P2P documentation professional to support a critical Oracle transition project. The role is ~90% remote with occasional onsite meetings in Bridgewater, NJ. This temporary project may extend based on needs.

You will review and attach documents (W-9s, banking info, qualifications) and ensure records are complete and accurate, collaborating across procurement, finance, and system support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier master data, vendor maintenance, and P2P operations.
• Familiar with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Strong Excel skills for tracking, reconciliation, and data review.

Responsibilities

• Support transition of supplier documentation into Oracle.
• Manually review and attach W-9 forms, banking info, and supplier records.
• Ensure documents are linked to correct supplier records and stored accurately.
• Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and issues before migration.
• Assist with data cleanup for closed records and outdated forms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify gaps and request updates.
• Maintain data integrity during a time-sensitive supplier master transition.
