Job summary

Sysco is seeking an Analyst, Supplier Relationship Management in Houston to support planning, governance, and measurement of Sysco+ supplier-funded activations across markets. You will partner with OpCos, suppliers, sales leadership, Strategic Events, and Sysco+ stakeholders to ensure compliant activation execution and a positive supplier experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, hospitality, events, or related field.
• 2+ years in event management, field marketing, sales operations, program coordination, or related area.
• Experience coordinating events, activations, projects, or customer programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 15% within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day communication and coordination with suppliers participating in Sysco+ activations and build effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Support development and maintenance of activation calendars and annual activation plans.
• Monitor activation activities for compliance with supplier funding requirements and identify and elevate instances of supplier funding requests outside approved Sysco+ processes.
• Ensure attendance and participation data are captured for assigned activations; support ROI measurement and activation reporting.
• Support alignment of activations with Sysco+ objectives and approved funding strategies.
• Partner with Strategic Events and Sysco+ teams to support a consistent supplier experience.
• Support supplier communication and routine issue resolution, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
• Partner with Strategic Events and Senior Analysts to coordinate and execute supplier-funded activations.
