Horace Mann is seeking licensed life and health insurance agents to serve educators and communities, offering the Wise Benefits product suite. You’ll generate meetings with schools and municipal partners, operate during normal business hours, and receive comprehensive training supported by a results-driven team.

You’ll keep control of your work, while our team handles admin and leads. This role emphasizes service, interpersonal skills, and a drive to help others achieve financial security.
