Horace Mann is seeking motivated individuals to join our Worksite Division, offering Wise Benefits products to empower educators and communities. As a licensed life and health insurance agent, you will drive results with provided leads and mentor support.

You will set meetings with schools, fire stations, and municipalities to present products, submit applications, and maintain timely reports, all within normal business hours and with no office requirement.
