Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Doctoral degree or licensed therapist with 30 hours continuing competence in differential diagnosis.
• Must hold current license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas or PT Compact.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan development for patients.
• Provide instruction to patients and caregivers; mentor interns and assistants.
• Ensure safe, effective delivery of therapy and maintain documentation.
• Act as clinical resource to staff and committees; participate in program development.
• Supervise and mentor PT and PTA interns and rehabilitation staff.
• Promote compassionate, personalized patient experiences.
