SUPERVISORY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (COMPUTER SCIENCE)

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Technical Training Instructor and first-level supervisor providing planning and direction to, organizing work for, and exercising control over assigned nonsupervisory subordinate employees.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Cyber Transport Supplemental Skills Training courses, ensuring that courses comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Develops and/or revises lesson plans and training materials. Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic levels.

Represents the Cyber Transport Supplemental Skills Training courses with a variety of installation and functional area organizations and works on special projects as directed.
